Makes three kinds of Bangla receipts in the browser: ভাড়ার রশিদ (rent), ক্যাশ মেমো (cash memo) and চাঁদা আদায়ের রশিদ (donation). Entries appear in handwriting-style Bangla fonts, and you can add a PAID or পরিশোধিত seal, then print or save as PNG or PDF.
The receipts copy the look of the printed receipt books sold in Bangladeshi stationery shops: a printed header with the shop or owner's name, dotted lines, and the details written in by hand. Here the "handwriting" is a choice of Bangla fonts such as লিখন, আদর্শলিপি and কলম, in blue, royal blue, black or red ink, with a slider that makes each word tilt a little so it looks less mechanical.
Each type has its own fields. The rent receipt has holding number, flat or shop details, owner and tenant names, father's name, the month, and separate electricity, water and gas amounts, and it can print owner's and tenant's copies side by side. The cash memo has an item table where quantity × rate is added up automatically. The donation receipt has an event title, donor name, amount and purpose.

Choose the receipt type
Pick ভাড়ার রশিদ, ক্যাশ মেমো or চাঁদা আদায়ের রশিদ at the top.

Fill in the tabs
Shop: business name, proprietor, address, phone and optional logo. Customer: payer details. Receipt: serial, date, amount, amount in words and type-specific fields. Items appears for cash memos.

Pick the look
In Design choose Blue Ornament, Green Business or Gold Vintage, a handwriting font, ink colour and Bangla numerals on or off.

Add a seal
In Seal, switch it on and set shape, colour, top text (PAID, পরিশোধিত, RECEIVED), bottom text, size, rotation, date and position.

Print or save
Press Print, PNG or PDF. Save keeps a copy in this browser to reuse next month.

- House and flat owners
- A landlord in Dhaka or Chattogram can give tenants a monthly rent receipt with utility bills listed, keeping the owner's half and handing over the tenant's half.
- Small shops and wholesalers
- A shop that has run out of its printed memo book can make a cash memo with item lines and a total and send it as a PNG on WhatsApp.
- Clubs, mosques and event committees
- Collect subscriptions or donations for a mela, waz mahfil or sports event with numbered donation receipts.
Example: a monthly rent receipt
Choose ভাড়ার রশিদ, enter the month as মার্চ ২০২৫, amount ১৫,০০০, amount in words পনের হাজার টাকা মাত্র, and electricity ১২০০, water ৫০০ and gas ৯০০. With Dual copy on, the page shows মালিকের অংশ and ভাড়াটিয়ার অংশ next to each other. Turn on a red circular PAID seal and press PDF to get a file named after the receipt type and serial number.
