A browser-based prescription pad for doctors in Bangladesh: fill in chamber, patient, findings, tests, medicines and advice, then print or export PNG or PDF. Medicine names autocomplete from a built-in list of 182 common Bangladeshi brands.

The layout follows the familiar Bangladeshi chamber prescription: the doctor's name, degrees, BMDC registration number and chamber details at the top, patient name, age, sex and weight below, then chief complaints, on examination, vitals (BP, pulse, temperature, SpO2), investigations and the Rx section with dose written the local way, such as ১+০+১, খাবার পরে, ৭ দিন.

Typing a brand like Napa, Azithro or Seclo suggests matching entries with a usual dose, frequency and timing already filled in. There is also an Auto-fill button that matches chief complaints against 8 built-in templates (fever, diarrhoea, headache, muscle pain, respiratory infection, skin dermatitis, hypertension and type 2 diabetes) and drafts a diagnosis, tests, medicines and advice. Every suggestion is only a starting point: the prescribing doctor must check and edit each line before signing.

   Fill in the doctor's header

   In the Doctor tab, enter name, degrees, BMDC registration number, chamber, hospital and phone.

   Add the patient

   In Patient, enter name, age, sex, weight, address, date and visit number.

   Record the visit

   Use Clinical, Vitals, Examination, Diagnosis and Investigations for complaints, history, BP, pulse, findings and tests.

   Write the Rx

   Type a brand name to get suggestions, then set dose, frequency, duration, timing and notes for each medicine. Auto-fill can draft a list for common complaints; review it line by line.

   Choose fonts and output

   In Design pick handwritten or computerized Bangla fonts, then Print, export PNG or PDF, or Save to this browser.

A GP with an evening chamber can hand patients a clean printed prescription instead of a hard-to-read handwritten one.

Digital records for follow-up

Save the PDF to the patient's file or send it on WhatsApp, so the next visit starts with the previous medicines in view.

A doctor consulting by phone can send the patient a PDF prescription after the call.
