Collage Maker places several photos into a grid of equal square cells and saves the whole layout as one PNG. You choose the number of columns, the cell size (512 px to start), the gap between cells and the background colour or transparency.

In grid mode every picture gets the same square cell, whatever its original shape. Each photo is scaled to fit inside its cell without cropping and centred, and the leftover space shows the background colour. That keeps the collage neat even when portrait and landscape photos are mixed.

The finished canvas measures columns × cell size plus the gaps, and rows are added automatically as you add photos. The same page also offers Vertical and Horizontal layouts that stack pictures at their own sizes; the Add Images tool guide covers those.

  1. Add photos

    Choose several images at once, or use + Add more to append them; they are placed in the order you add them.

  2. Keep the Grid layout

    Grid is selected by default. Set the number of columns (1 to 20) and the cell size in pixels (50 to 4000).

  3. Style it

    Set the gap from 0 to 80 px and pick a background colour, or Transparent.

  4. Build and download

    Press Run Collage Maker, check the preview, and download composed.png.

Example: four photos in two columns

With 2 columns, 512 px cells and an 8 px gap, four photos form a 2 × 2 grid. The canvas is 2 × 512 + 8 = 1032 pixels wide and 1032 pixels tall.

Will my photos be cropped to fit the squares?

No. Each photo is shrunk or enlarged to fit entirely inside its square cell. A landscape photo gets background bands above and below; a portrait one gets them at the sides.

How do I change the order of photos?

Photos follow the order you added them. Remove one with the × button and add it again to move it to the end, or add files in your preferred order from the start.

How big will my collage be?

Width is columns × cell size plus the gaps between columns; height follows the same rule for rows. Six photos, 3 columns, 400 px cells and a 10 px gap give 1220 × 810 pixels.

Can the background be transparent?

Yes. Press Transparent next to the colour picker. The PNG then has no background behind the gaps and around the photos.

Are my photos uploaded to make the collage?

No. The collage is assembled on a canvas in your browser; the pictures stay on your device.

What is the difference from Add Images?

It is the same engine. Collage Maker is aimed at the grid layout with equal cells. Add Images is aimed at stacking pictures top to bottom or side by side at their real sizes.
