Add Watermark stamps a line of text, grey and tilted about 30 degrees, across the middle of every page of a PDF. You choose the words, the opacity (5% to 100%, default 25%) and the font size (20 to 120, default 60).
A watermark tells anyone who sees a copy what it is for. Writing "Submitted to XYZ Bank only" across your NID, passport or salary certificate before sending it makes the copy less useful to anyone who tries to reuse it somewhere else.
The text is drawn into each page as real PDF text in medium grey. If your words contain Bangla or any other non-English letters, the tool embeds the Noto Sans Bengali font so they display properly.

The default 25% keeps the page readable while the watermark is clearly visible. Go lower (10-15%) for documents with small print, higher if the mark must be impossible to miss.

Someone with a capable PDF editor could, because it is a text layer. For stronger protection, convert the watermarked PDF to images with PDF to JPG and back into a PDF, which flattens it into the picture.
