JPG to PDF places your JPG or JPEG photos into a PDF, one photo per page, on A4 by default. The JPG data is embedded exactly as it is, so the PDF is about as big as the photos together and no extra quality is lost.
Most people in Bangladesh "scan" documents with a phone camera, which gives JPG files. Offices, universities and job portals, though, usually ask for a PDF. This tool bridges that gap without a scanner app or a sign-up.
Because JPG is already a compressed format, the tool does not compress it again: the original bytes are wrapped inside the PDF. That keeps photos sharp, and it also means that if the PDF is too big, the fix is to make the photos smaller first.
Select your JPG photos
Pick one or more .jpg or .jpeg files from your phone gallery or computer.
Order them and pick a page size
Arrange with the arrows. Keep A4 for documents, or choose Letter or Auto (image size).
Download the PDF
Press Run, check the size shown, and download images.pdf.
Example: three certificate photos
Three phone photos of 1.8 MB, 2.1 MB and 1.6 MB become a 3-page A4 PDF of about 5.5 MB, since the JPG data is copied in unchanged. To get under a 2 MB portal limit, shrink the photos with an image compressor first, then convert.
The JPG data is placed into the PDF without being re-compressed, so the size stays close to the total of the photos. Reduce the photos with an image compressor or resizer before converting if you need a smaller PDF.
Phones often save a photo in one direction and store "rotate this" in a hidden EXIF tag. The PDF uses the stored pixels, so the page can appear turned. Fix it with the Rotate PDF tool, or rotate the photo in your gallery and save it before converting.
No. The photo data is not re-encoded, so the PDF looks exactly like your JPG files.
The upload box accepts other image types as well, and they will be added as pages. For a mix of formats, the Images to PDF tool describes the options in more detail.
No. The conversion runs in your browser, so the pictures stay on your device.
