Rearrange PDF builds a new PDF whose pages follow the order you type, for example 3, 1, 2, 4. Any page you leave out of the list is dropped, and a number typed twice gives that page twice.
Scanning a pile of papers rarely gives the right order on the first try: the cover ends up last, or page 7 sits before page 6. Instead of re-scanning, you can write the order you want and get a corrected file.
The order box is a plain list of page numbers separated by commas. The tool copies pages into a new document in exactly that sequence. Because it only copies, scanned images and typed text look the same as before.

Pick the file and note the page count shown under it.
Type the new order
Write every page you want, in order, separated by commas: 3, 1, 2, 4, 5. Leave a number out to drop that page.

Press Run Rearrange PDF and download the file ending in -reordered.pdf.
Example: moving the last page to the front
A 5-page file has its cover on page 5. Typing 5, 1, 2, 3, 4 gives a 5-page PDF that starts with the cover. Typing 5, 1, 2, 3 instead also drops the old page 4.
They are left out of the new PDF. If you only want to move pages, make sure every page number appears in your list once.
No. This box reads single numbers only, so write 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Ranges work in Split PDF and in the PDF Page Deleter, but not here.
Yes. Type its number twice, for example 1, 2, 2, 3, and the result contains that page twice.
No. Each page is copied as it is into the new file, so images, fonts and selectable text stay exactly the same.
Only into the page in your browser. The PDF never leaves your device while it is reordered.
