About Currency Converter · বিস্তারিত
Converts an amount between 10 currencies (USD, AED, BDT, EUR, GBP, INR, SAR, PKR, CAD, AUD) using a rate table you can edit. The rates are fixed starting values, not a live market feed, so type in today's rate from your bank or exchange house for an exact figure.
Every rate in this converter is stored as "how many units equal 1 US dollar". A conversion from any currency to any other goes through the dollar: the amount is divided by the first rate and multiplied by the second. That makes cross pairs such as AED to BDT or SAR to PKR work without a separate table for each pair.
The built-in numbers are reference values written into the page (for example 1 USD = 3.6725 AED and 1 USD = 121.5 BDT). They do not update by themselves. If you are sending money home or pricing an invoice, replace them with the rate your bank, exchange house or bKash remittance partner actually quotes; your edits stay saved in this browser until you press Reset defaults.

When it helps · কখন কাজে লাগে
- Remittance from the Gulf
- A worker in Dubai or Riyadh can enter the exchange house's AED or SAR rate for taka and see how much the family in Bangladesh will receive before visiting the counter.
- Freelance invoices
- A designer in Dhaka paid in USD, GBP or EUR can turn the invoice total into BDT to plan expenses, using the rate the payout service shows.
- Travel budgets
- Before a trip to India, Canada or Australia, convert a daily budget so prices in shops make sense on arrival.
Example: 50,000 taka in dirhams
With the default rates (1 USD = 121.5 BDT and 1 USD = 3.6725 AED), 50,000 BDT ÷ 121.5 × 3.6725 = about 1,511.32 AED. Going the other way, 1,000 AED works out to about 33,083.73 BDT. If your exchange house quotes a different rate, edit the BDT or AED row and the answer changes at once.
